When will I receive my order?
Orders are usually processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 3 to 4 business days. After dispatch, delivery generally takes between 3 to 5 weeks, depending on your geographical location. Please remain aware that during peak shopping seasons, processing times may extend up to 6 business days prior to dispatch. At this time, we do not have any pickup points available for item collection.

My order is incomplete?
Our extensive network of storage locations and partnerships with various producers means that it’s possible to receive your products in multiple shipments. So, if you notice that not all items have arrived together, there is no need for concern; this is part of our effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible. On average, our delivery timelines fall within the 3 to 5 week range, although some packages may occasionally require more time for arrival.
